After many years in business, multiple awards, and the blessing of clients who became true friends, this chapter is coming to a close.

Hope & Teal (formerly Needham Solutions) is officially CLOSED.

This was not an easy decision, but through many factors and much prayer, it has become clear that God is leading our family into a new season and opening new doors.

We are incredibly grateful for the trust, support, and relationships built over the years—it has truly meant more than words can express.
